Learned the hard way on a sick day
1. Even if your antibiotic says you don't have to take it with food, take it with food. Or your weakened self will get nauseous and headachey.
2. Domino is not the movie to be watching from your sickbed with a combined sinus headache/side-effect headache from your medication. No matter entertaining it is to hear Keira Knightley yell "motherfuckers" in her posh English accent.
Here endeth the lesson.

Ack, you're still feeling that bad?? That sucks. I hope it clears up soon. I think I'd be crying for my mommy by now if it were me, I've become such a wuss when it comes to being sick. Although...knowing my mommy...maybe I'd cry for someone else's!!
PS Keira Knightley makes me feel ill anyway.
Yeah, still not good enough to go to work. And no extra sleep this morning because there were going into every unit in my building for some scheduled check on the smoke detectors and fire alarm system. So I got to hear short bursts of the alarm periodically of a couple of hours.

But I digress - LC, I hope you mend quickly...you need sleep, liquids, and kittens. And if that works...let me know. I'm getting a sinus cold, myself.
Loud places are not good for healing. I've so been there. Sorry for your pain - I'm sure your good feral cat karma will take care of that situation some day soon.
I'm allergic to most antibiotics so I have to take whacky ones - and yes the puke factor is very high.
