jujubes are probably the best thing ever. right now i'm totally addicted on these ones from farm boy.. they're sour! zomfg!

enjoy indy!!
Nine snacks????? Yeah! That's what I'm talkin' about. A well balanced diet. Rock on. :-)
[this is good]

The brown rice chips sound divine.

Speaking of Oreos, what happened to the good ol' made-in-the-USA Oreo? The ones we get here are made by Kraft's subsidy in Thailand and they SUCK. It's not even their fault, their wheat/cookie batter/cream etc. would obviously taste different. Bah. Outsourcing sucks.

Accupuncture needles have hurt me too. They also hurt quite a lot when a very long one is used in your bum to go right into the sciatic nerve... :( (a few years back I had sciatic pain that lasted a couple years - till surgery)

I love those rice/corn chips too!! I love love love the Sweet Chili ones, and feel about the same as you on the Sea Salt ones. I've also tried the Curry ones, which were ok, but a little bit toooo curry for me (and I love curry!). I have the Salsa Fesca at home to try, and have also seen Wasabi right downstairs in our office building - and was sold out before I bought it. DOH! I just love the Sweet Chili one so much, that I can't imagine liking any of the others as much.

I really like these too. To eat with my hummus. mmmm

Listen to me going on and on about snacks. I must be hungry! Must get home to my rice chips ;)

The Sesame-Soy chips have a gingery taste. But I like the Salsa Fresca ones better. I've seen those other brown rice crisps on the grocery shelf, I'll have to try those, too.

Yes, acupuncture can definitely hurt, depending on the technique and depending on your muscles. Sometimes in Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture they deliberately stimulate the nerves too, depending on what they're treating. Usually musculoskeletal conditions get deeper insertions with more stimulation.

Japanese style acupuncture usually uses shallower insertions with less stimulation. My Chinese professors are all about the deep insertions, though. I haven't learned any of the techniques yet, but within the next few months I will. I'm kind of nervous about it...

Nine snacks? The Miao Brothers heartily approve.
